you will never guess these are gluten free double dark chocolate cookies. we make them with a naturally gluten free flour not a mixed up concoction of various flours and other additives. not only loaded with 70% dark belgium chocolate but are low in carbs, high in fiber, low glycemic index and are gluten free...a guilty free cookie!!
